Despite weather interferences the crew completed the work in as timely a fashion as possible, paying close attention to details and we were very pleased with the quality of the final work. Benny and his crew painted out home in Cottekill. He went above and beyond just painting. He fixed our front porch railing posts, build custom Pier moldings on out upstairs deck piers and made us aware of our roof flashing deficiencies, which we got the roofing company to fix. He was knowledgeable in many carpentry techniques and helped us out with rebuilding our picket fence. His house painting is suburb and he took the time to do an excellent job. He listens to you and offers suggestions and is not "Contractor overbearing". We felt very comfortable with his knowledge and trusted his expertise. This is a professional outfit. When you call, he answers. When you schedule him, he is there. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my life and Benny is the one professional I recommend. Thanks Benny.

Benny was amazing to work with on my house renovation. He effortlessly picked up the pieces of another contractor's disaster and renovated my kitchen and bathroom in addition to installing new doors, updating fixtures and even built an amazing new deck for me. Benny's property maintenance has gone above and beyond with work that they have done on my house. He was honest, professional, clean, and very fair. They worked both on the interior and exterior of my house. Flooring and painting was done on the inside. Both jobs came out exceptional. On the outside my second story deck needed to be structurally fixed and was done In a way that was safe up to code, and in a way which saved me money. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times.
